This beer style is Hoppy-Weizen. By adding many times more hops than is usual for a Weizen, this beer allows the drinker to enjoy both the gorgeous hops and the signature banana aroma of the yeast. The use of frozen ground IBUKI from Tono, harvested this year, gives the beer a fresh taste.
