Fresh hopped beer with a citrus flavor enhancement
Tono’s Bloom is a Wheat Ale-style beer. It uses IBUKI hops from Tono which are frozen and crushed fresh. In order to maximize the fresh and gorgeous aroma of the hops, the bitterness and acidity are kept to a minimum, and the citrus flavors are brought forward.
