IPA made with special water from Iwate Prefecture
This beer is made with “Sennin Hisui” water, a mineral water produced by Kamaishi Mine Co. in Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture. In honor of Kamaishi’s French sister city, Digne-les-Bains, French hops are used in this beer. Combined with IBUKI hops produced in Tono, the beer has a citrus aroma and a clear, mild bitterness.
