Fresh hop beer released every year during the hop harvest season
This beer is brewed annually for the Tono Hop Harvest Festival, a beer and food festival celebrating the harvest of Tono hops and the bounty of the fields since 2015. It is made with an abundance of IBUKI hops, a rare Japanese variety that is frozen and crushed fresh immediately after harvest, and finished with SMaSH: Single Malt and Single Hop. While it is common practice to use multiple hops in beer brewing, SMaSH allows the characteristics of specific hops to be brought out to their limit. The subtle citrus aroma of the hops fills the mouth with a sense of freshness. Tono-produced beer made with only Tono-produced hops.
