Golden beer brewed with Japanese rice as a secondary ingredient
Our Golden Ale is a style of ale beer similar in characteristics to lager beer and is widely considered an “introductory ale beer” due to its ease of drinking. Rice is used as a secondary ingredient. Compared to malt, it contains less protein and other ingredients, lending this beer a clean, crisp taste and a refreshing citrus aroma. It’s a light drink, and we recommend pairing it with simply seasoned dishes such as Japanese food and white fish.
