Wheat IPA, an uncommon style of fresh-hopped beer
The beer is a Wheat IPA, using fresh Tono hops within 24 hours of harvesting as well as fresh-frozen hops to facilitate extraction of the ingredients. This fresh hop beer has a pronounced fresh hop aroma. The combination of fresh hops and wheat malt lend a sweet, citrus-like flavor and a full body to this unique beer.
